This page allows your to request us your account and erase your personal information from Bookpratha.com websites and Moabile App database.

When you request account deletion, you will be sent a confirmation link on your email address ( username) and once you have confirmed the link, your account and data related you will be permenantly be deleted from our database. This cannot be reversed and data once delete cannnot be recovered.

All your personal information such as email address, name, phone number, shipping addresses etc will be erased from the system competely.

The data is instantly delete from the live system and is retained for 1 week in the backup. After 1 week the rotational backup is also deleted with no possibility of recovery
