We ship books  all over the world. To any country, any destination.

We usully ship books to the countires listed below. Orders can be placed on the website if the shipping address belongs to these countries:

India, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, Singapore, UAE, South Africa, Hong Kong,  Malesiya, Netherlands, Sweden, Taiwan, Japan, Italy, Belgium, Behrin, Kuwait, Spain, Qatar. 

We do ship books the other countries too. We can quote shipping charges for the countries other than listed above. Do contact us if you would like books to be delivered in some other country.         

Usually, orders are shipped within 2 to 4 working days, depending on our stock and procurement situation. Sometimes, it may take a few more days.

In most cases, all the books of your order will be sent together, in a single or multiple consignments.

Shipping Policy for Customers in India:

• ગુજરાતમાં રૂ. 300/-  કે તેથી વધુ રકમના ઓર્ડર પર શિપિંગ ફ્રી છે. ઓર્ડરની રકમ રૂ. 300/-થી ઓછી હોય તો  -  ગુજરાતમાં શિપિંગ-ખર્ચ માત્ર રૂ. 30/- છે.
• મુંબઈ, મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં રૂ. 1000/- કે  તેથી વધુ રકમના ઓર્ડર પર શિપિંગ ફ્રી છે. ઓર્ડરની  રકમ રૂ. 1000/-થી ઓછી હોય તો  -  મુંબઈ, મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં શિપિંગ-ખર્ચ રૂ. 50/- છે.     
• ભારતના અન્ય તમામ રાજ્યોમાં રૂ. 1000/-  કે તેથી વધુ રકમના ઓર્ડર પર શિપિંગ ફ્રી છે. ઓર્ડરની  રકમ રૂ. 1000/-થી ઓછી હોય તો  -  અન્ય રાજ્યોમાં શિપિંગ-ખર્ચ રૂ. 60/- છે. 

ઓર્ડર મળ્યા બાદ અંદાજે 2થી 4 દિવસમાં પુસ્તકો મોકલવામાં આવે છે. કેટલાંક કિસ્સામાં એ સમય 5થી 7 દિવસ સુધીનો હોઈ શકે છે. અમારા સ્ટોકની પરિસ્થિતિ પર તેનો આધાર હોય છે.

ઝડપી કુરિયર સર્વિસ : 

• ભારતમાં તમામ પ્રી-પેઈડ ઓર્ડરનાં (કાર્ડ, વોલેટ, નેટ બેન્કિંગ, UPI)  પુસ્તકો કુરિયર સર્વિસ મારફત મોકલવામાં આવે છે, પુસ્તકો મોકલાયાં બાદ, ડિલીવરી માટેનો અંદાજીત સમય ગુજરાતમાં 2થી 3 દિવસ, મુંબઈ-મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં 3થી 4 દિવસ, અને અન્ય રાજ્યોમાં 4થી 6 દિવસ છે. (જાહેર રજાના દિવસો સિવાય) .

• ભારતભરમાં અંદાજે 1600થી વધુ સ્થળો પર કુરિયર-સેવા ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

• ખાસ નોંધ : પ્રી-પેઈડ ઓર્ડર હોવા છતાં ગ્રાહકનાં સરનામા પર કુરિયર-સેવા પ્રાપ્ય નહીં હોય કે અમારા કુરિયર પાર્ટનર ત્યાં ડિલીવરી નહીં આપતા હોય, તો પુસ્તકો રજીસ્ટર્ડ પોસ્ટલ સર્વિસ મારફત મોકલવામાં આવશે.          

કેશ ઓન ડિલીવરી :  (હાલમાં આ સેવા બંધ છે) 

• તમામ 'કેશ ઓન ડિલીવરી' ઓર્ડર V.P.P. (Value Payable) પોસ્ટલ સર્વિસ મારફત મોકલવામાં આવે છે. આ સેવા ઝડપી નથી. ડીલીવરી માટેનો અંદાજિત સમય ગુજરાતમાં 3થી 7 દિવસ અને ભારતભરમાં 5થી 12 દિવસ સુધીનો હોઈ શકે છે. સામાન્ય રીતે, પુસ્તકોની ડિલીવરી સમયસર થઇ જતી હોય છે, પણ પોસ્ટલ સર્વિસની મર્યાદાઓને કારણે ક્યારેક મોડું થવાનો સંભવ રહે છે, માટે ડિલીવરી માટેના સમયની ખાતરી અમે આપી શકતા નથી તેમ જ  'કેશ ઓન ડિલીવરી'ના ઓર્ડર સમયસર ન મળે તો તે અંગેની કોઈ જવાબદારી અમારી રહેતી નથી.

ઓનલાઈન ટ્રેકિંગ : 

તમામ ઓર્ડરનું ઓનલાઈન ટ્રેકિંગ શક્ય છે. અલબત્ત, હાલમાં વેબસાઈટ પર ટ્રેકિંગની સુવિધા નથી. ગ્રાહકને આ વિગતની જરૂર હોય તો અમારો સંપર્ક કરવાથી મળી શકશે. Login થઈને My Account > My Orders માંથી ટ્રેકિંગની વિગત માગી શકાશે.

Shipping Charges in India:

• FREE Delivery on orders over Rs. 299/- in Gujarat. Else Rs.30/- per order. 
• FREE Delivery on orders over Rs.999/- in Maharashtra. Else Rs.50/- per order. 
• FREE Delivery on orders over Rs.999/- in Rest of India. Else Rs.60/- per order.  

Shipping Policy for Customers in Rest of the World:  

Shipping Mode:

• We ship books through Standard International courier services (Online Tracking ID will be provided). They generally deliver within 6 to 15 working days across the world. (After consignment is shipped).  
• We may also use Registered Air Mail Service in some cases. They generally deliver within 1 to 3 weeks across the world.  

Shipping Charges:

Shipping cost is calculated on the basis of bulk of the order and destination. Customer can view the shipping cost in the shopping cart before making payment. Shipping charges are proportionally higher for smaller orders, and will get proportionally lower when customer adds more books in to cart.   

Late Delivery Or Non-Delivery:

In case of late delivery, we will certainly follow up the matter and will try to sort it out. However, we will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery due to closed premises at the given address, or due to imperfect address or any other reasons. In such a case, if couriers or postal services return the consignment to us, charges for the reshipment will be borne by the customer.

We will not be liable for late delivery OR non-delivery by couriers or postal services in any country, due to any circumstances.

Order cancellation:

Order cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/suppliers and they have initiated the process of supply.

We may cancel the order(s) if the ordered book(s) are not available through our sources, or for any other reason.

Refund:

If we are unable to supply any of the book(s) of your order, we will refund the relevant amount (including relevant shipping charges, if any) in full, if already paid by customer.

We will use any of the following means for refund :

Amount will be transferred to your Bank Or Credit Card / Debit Card Account OR We may send a Bank Cheque to you.

Returns & Replacement:  

We will surely replace the books which you might have received in damaged OR defective condition. This may happen in rare cases, since all the books are checked carefully before being packed. The books are packed carefully too, using good quality packaging material.

Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery, if you receive any book(s) in damaged or defective condition, citing your order reference. In such cases, customer(s) will have to return the book(s) to us, at our Registered Address, at their expense and risk of loss. On receipt of the return, we will arrange the replacement for the same and that may take 5 to 10 working days. We will send the replacement at our cost.

If we unable to replace the book(s) due to unavailability or any other reason, we will refund the relevant amount (including relevant shipping charges, if any) in full, if already paid in advance.
